We’ll stop by to check out your place, then provide a free competitive market analysis & home valuation.

Home cleaning

After signing a listing agreement, we'll prepare a timeline to move us forward. We'll coordinate pre-sale inspections and any improvements if necessary.

Building cleaning

We'll provide professional staging and photography to show your home in the best light. We’ll use a mix of traditional and digital marketing, including ads, open houses, social media, and in-house promoting – targeting your ideal buyer type.

Pest Control

We’ll evaluate each offer and verify pre-approval or proof of purchase funds. We’ll negotiate on your behalf to ensure you get the best possible terms and selling price.

Car Cleaning

Our team will monitor the escrow process to make sure everything is on track and all requirements are met for a smooth closing. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Once escrow is closed, the closing documents are signed, and your buyer receives keys to the property. Congratulations! Your house has sold!
